RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your full-priced purchase, you have 30 days to return for an exchange or refund. All merchandise must be returned unused, with tags, in the original packaging. Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund. All Sale items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

You can initiate a U.S. return by visiting our Returns Center. There is a flat $10 shipping fee for all returns.

We try to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 20 business days for our team to receive your return and process a refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Refunds from your bank may take up to an additional 10 business days to be credited.

We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase.

Holiday Return Policy? - We're pleased to offer you an extended return window for eligible items during the holiday season. Items purchased between November 15, 2021 and December 15, 2021 can be returned until January 15, 2022. Return packages for orders placed during this period must be postmarked January 15, 2022 at the latest. Gifts can be returned for store credit.

UPS Ground $10 for all orders under $100

Complimentary Shipping for allorders over $100

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday via UPS, excluding holidays from our Virginia warehouse. Due to force of nature or uncontrollable events you may experience delays in order processing and delivery which is out of our control.  All orders shipped in the continental US arrive in approximately 5-8 business days.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
