How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all US orders $100 and over via UPS Ground.

Orders below $100 will be charged a fee for shipping and handling. UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge as noted below. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a different address.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

If you live within the United States and selected ground shipping, your item should arrive in approximately 5-8 business days (if not sooner!). We ship UPS and can provide tracking numbers. If you need your item by a specific date, please note it at check-out or email us so we can do our best to get it out asap!

We trust our excellent shipping partner UPS for fulfillment. Sometimes, after the package has been shipped and tracking updates have been generated, there can be unexpected delays, delivery errors, lost, or stolen packages. If you face such an issue please contact our customer service team.

Where do your orders ship from?

We process and ship orders from our Charlotte warehouse Monday through Friday. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. Once your order is placed, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection or change your shipping address.

How do I return my item?

To process your eligible return please visit our returns page. When returning your merchandise, please pack unworn items in their original packaging and include your original invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, please include a printout of your order confirmation email. Without this information, we will be unable to process your return.

Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

You’re also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice instead of our return method. However, we are not responsible for lost return packages. We recommend you insure and track your package.

Do you have a Holiday Return Policy?
We're pleased to offer you an extended return window for eligible items during the holiday season. Items purchased between November 15, 2020 and December 15, 2020 can be returned until January 15, 2021. Return packages for orders placed during this period must be postmarked January 15, 2021 at the latest.

Unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the order ship date for a full refund to your original form of payment, unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted (see below for more details). Merchandise must be returned unused, with tags, in the original packaging.

When will my return be process and refunded?

Upon receipt and processing of your return, which typically can take up to 20 business days from your date of shipment, you will receive an email from Addison Weeks with confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, however, shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.

Due to current events and holiday season, please allow extra days for your return to be received and processed. You will ONLY receive an email once your return has been fully processed. You will NOT receive an email when your return has been received. We appreciate your patience!

What items are NOT eligible for returns?

As specified on the product page, at checkout, and on your order confirmation email, we do not accept returns for any final sale merchandise.

Can i exchange my order?

We do not process exchanges, even if it is for the same item in a different color or size. Many items sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to return the original merchandise, and then visit our website to purchase the correct item in a new order.

What if I want to return a gift?

If you were given an item from Addison Weeks that you would like to return, please send an email to with the original purchaser's name and email address.

What if I am unhappy with my item?

Quality is of the utmost importance to us. If your item is less than perfect upon arrival, we want to know! Send a photo to so our team can assist.

All orders are charged at the time of purchase, including pre-sale orders.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry is 24K gold plated and comes with a special coating to provide a more resilient gold finish. Our jewelry hates water and sweat. So remove it before jumping in the pool or your barre workout. Keep your pieces gold and shiny by storing them in their pouch and remember to buff them gently with a soft microfiber cloth only. Avoid using abrasive metal polishes like brasso. Love your Addison Weeks jewelry and it will keep loving you back.
